AmeriChip International Appoints Vice President of Sales/Marketing


PLYMOUTH, Mich., Sept. 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Board of Directors of AmeriChip International Inc. (OTCBB:ACHI) announced the appointment of Jim Miller as Vice President of Sales and Marketing effective immediately.

Mr. Miller brings to the Company a strong background in technical sales, automotive leasing/financing, mergers and acquisitions with Fortune 500 companies. He brings a contact list throughout the continental U.S. including the three major automakers in the United States. He began his business career with General Motors and has developed expertise in sales planning, sales management, budget controls, system development, fluid power controls and business development.

Mr. Miller will be responsible for the development of new business using his extensive list of key contacts at the upper management levels within the automotive, aerospace and farm implement industries. He is currently working directly with the Company's engineering department and he has already arranged for and attended meetings with several Tier One suppliers with the Company's CEO Marc Walther. "With the ability to market as a Tier One supplier, Mr. Miller's contacts will be invaluable in assisting AmeriChip accelerate its business plan," said Marc Walther.
