Wide E-Convergence Technologies Americas Corporation Has F Removed From Stock Symbol


BAY CITY, Mich., Sept. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wide E-Convergence Technologies Americas Corporation (WECTAC) (Pink Sheets:WDCV), the leading provider of e-learning software and services for training, education and communication, advises that in accordance with the resolution of shareholders at the Special Meeting held on Aug. 4, 2005, the domicile of WECTAC has now transferred from Canada to the USA.

Approval has been given for the removal of the F from WECTAC's trading symbol effective Sept. 6, 2005. The new trading symbol is WDCV.
