VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Total Home Solutions, Inc. ("The Company"), a subsidiary of Maisonette International Enterprises Ltd. (Pink Sheets:MAEN) (http://www.maisonetteworld.com) is pleased to announce that it has received the first of many licensing payments from Spectre Technology Corporation, a global merchant processor and e-commerce technology company.
The Company shall receive a monthly US$2,000 per month to start and payments should increase gradually as business grows for the Licensee. The Company is also in talks with several other companies to license its eCommerce Applications and more news will follow as contracts are signed.
Alain Ghiai, Chairman of the Company added: "I am very pleased with this second Licensing Agreement closed for Total Home Solutions, Inc. With the monthly payments, our Group profits are set to grow and our goal of profitability nears faster than predicted. Our cash flow is growing quarterly and we expect a solid return on our technology investments and the investment we have made in Total Home Solutions. Future licensing will include foreign companies, notably in Europe and Canada, as we continue to form new partnerships in this field. Total Home Solutions is already a profitable company and this Licensing Agreement increases the monthly profits recorded by the Company. Our cash requirements have been met and we predict a solid year for growth in 2006 with our online retail sites and our technology licensing agreements.
As previously stated in earlier news releases, Maisonette International Enterprises, Ltd. has been on track to record a profitable year for 2006 and our various investments in subsidiaries are starting to pay off.
