Satellite Newspapers and Macquarie Bank Limited Sign a Partnership Agreement


MIAMI, Sept. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Satellite Enterprises Corp. (OTCBB:SENR) announced today that its Regional Distributor, Satellite Newspapers South Pacific, a subsidiary of Satellite Newspapers Suisse GmbH, signed a partnership agreement with Macquarie Bank Limited, a global investment bank with headquarters in Sydney Australia, to be the preferred Leasing Company for customers wishing to obtain a Satellite Newspapers KiOSK.

Macquarie Bank Limited and Satellite Newspapers have partnered together to provide a leasing solution which can be used globally for the purchase and installation of the Satellite Newspapers KiOSK. This partnership will provide those customers wanting to obtain a Satellite Newspapers KiOSK with a strong financing solution that can be implemented not only in Australia but around the world.
