ADCapital Industries: New technology Reduces 97 Percent Vehicle Emissions

BURNABY, British Columbia, Sept. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ADCapital Industries (Pink Sheets:ADCS) is proud to announce the results of tests done on the third generation of their vehicle emission reducing technology located inside a standard muffler unit. It is called the Auto Emission Post Regulator (AEPR). ADCS has 6.25 million shares outstanding fully diluted; the float is 400,000 shares.

Testing of the device was conducted in a very reputable facility, independent of the company. The government-licensed facility proved that ADCS's technology reduces emissions by an outstanding 97 percent for NOx and also reduces other toxic emissions from the vehicles exhaust considerably.

Contact With Governments Worldwide

ADCS completed testing on April 25, 2005, and since that time has made great strides with provincial and state departments responsible for vehicle emission reduction. The response from governments across North America has been so exciting, the company has begun to inform governments in Asia and Europe where NOx emissions are at critical and devastating levels.

How The AEPR Works

The pollution problem arises when the vehicle slows down and the engine does not produce enough heat for the catalytic converter to reduce emissions. This limitation is what the Auto Emission Post Regulator has successfully dealt with. As soon as the catalytic converter cools off, the AEPR kicks in, terminating the remaining toxins.

Working when the vehicle is at low speed and during idling periods, the AEPR is a standard muffler unit system with a removable, recyclable cartridge inside of it. The AEPR has three separate chambers.

The ADCS invention works only together with the catalytic converter. When a driver reaches speeds of 60 miles per hour or more, the catalytic oxidizers in the automobile operates at a relatively high temperature, around 750 degrees F (400 degrees C).

The first chamber works as a regular muffler unit system, which reduces noise pollution. The second chamber has a very high electrostatic voltage device that produces non-thermal plasma technology and tears the exhaust emissions into pieces, at which point they are forced into the third chamber, which is a condensation chamber. A forced chemical reaction takes place and the emissions are now stored.

For All Vehicles, Old and New

All vehicles old and new can be fit with an AEPR with minimal skills and tools. A standardization of the outer muffler shell is necessary and the cartridge is changed depending on the year and make of the vehicle.

Since older vehicles pollute more than new vehicles, the cartridge needs changing more often for older vehicles. For example, if you are drive a 1965 Corvette you will have to replace the cartridge approximately every three months (based on average driving). Where as, if you drive an Echo 2005, which has a smaller, cleaner engine, you will change the emission-reducing cartridge only twice per year. The more the mileage, the sooner the cartridge must be replaced.

Cost Effective

The cost feasibility is a major key in success for ADCapital Industries. The AEPR has proven to be more effective in reducing NOx from vehicle emission than other technologies. Distribution facilities can simply take the used cartridge out of the muffler, have the inside cleaned, and put stored emissions back on the shelf as a recycled product, which are useful in a variety of uses in a number of different industries.

The benefits of this technology will have an enormous positive impact on our current state of pollution, economy and overall way of life.

Can Be Adapted to Any NOx Emitter

ADCapital Industries' technology has the capability to adapt the AEPR to any NOx emitter, including smokestacks and airplanes.

About ADCapital US Inc.

The company is attempting to revolutionize the reduction of emissions from vehicle exhaust with an extraordinary device called the Auto Emissions Post Regulator (AEPR). ADCapital US, Inc., is the U.S. licensee of the Auto Emissions Post Regulator technology. AEPR technology utilizes high frequency electrical oxidation to promote ionization and oxidation of the products of incomplete combustion, e.g., carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, in internal combustion engines. The technology does not rely on high exhaust temperatures, permitting its use in muffler replacements and tailpipe add-ons.
