Vanessa Montanez will be the branch manager for the new office. She has over 10 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly a Vice President with Bank of America. She has lived in the Pasadena area for 7 years. She is married and enjoys traveling. Vanessa has been awarded the following: Top Funder award in 1998 and 2001 at Countrywide Home Loans. She has been given several certificates of recognition and appreciation from the City of Los Angels and Highland Park. She serves on the board of directors for Pepperdine University Hispanic Council and NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate of Professionals). In addition, she works with several non-profits to promote education and homeownership in the Los Angeles region. Vanessa Montanez has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is currently enrolled for her MBA. Loans and customer service is her expertise.
