Homeland Integrated Security Systems to Debut Cyber Tracker at Maritime Security Expo in New York

GPS Tracking Device Provides Real Time Tracking; Push to Talk Technology

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Sept. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) is set to debut its new Cyber Tracker unit September 20 at the 2005 Maritime Security Expo in New York. Developed in conjunction with U.K.-based Arcom, the Cyber Tracker is on schedule to be delivered for the fourth quarter of this year.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' patent pending Cyber Tracker is a portable detection device designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people or other mobile or movable objects. Its convenient, rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know an exact location of a person or object. It features "Push to Talk" ability and an extended battery life. The Cyber Tracker's unique design and features makes the product ideal for consumer retail, school systems, ports, fleet management, the military, and public safety.

The 2005 Maritime Security Expo is expected to draw more than 3,000 buyers and services from as many as 50 countries.

"The 2005 Maritime Security Expo is the perfect venue to debut the Cyber Tracker," said Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. "With a primary application of protecting the world's ports, it was appropriate that this revolutionary unit be unveiled at the only international event covering global maritime security."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems recently announced that it received a blanket purchase order from Pro.Sec, a Middle Eastern security company, for 5,000 Cyber Trackers. The order translates to $2.5 million for the hardware, which does not include subsequent fees for the software and service. Homeland Integrated Security Systems has applied for its Export License and will begin shipments to Pro.Sec in the fourth quarter of 2005.
