UA International Group, Ltd. Successfully Completes Contract


KIEV, Ukraine, Sept. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- UA International Group (Pink Sheets:UAIG), a Ukrainian infrastructure, water delivery and maintenance and real estate development company, today announced that it has successfully completed the installation of water pumps, delivery systems and air conditioning units and systems in the complexes of the newly constructed five star Diplomat Hall Hotel in Kiev City Central.

Vitaly Zhygun, President of UA International Group, Ltd. commented, "We are very happy to have completed this contract on time and the systems have been successfully tested and are now in operation. UAIG will receive the initial income from the contract in the fourth quarter and they will be posted at year end. These systems will provide ongoing revenues from service, maintenance and periodic upgrades. UAIG worked on this contract with the Ukraine company Trane and will be working with Trane on additional projects in the future."
