Currently underway, the promotion called "POINTSPHONE SWEEPSTAKES" is featured on the Company's corporate partner, Points.com's website, www.points.com/pointsphone where it is featured in banners and ads. The Company is also featuring the promotion on its corporate websites: www.voipmdu.com and www.pointsphone.com. Participants are directed to become subscribers of Points.com for free, a value of CDN $29.95. Becoming a Points.com member provides access to the swapping, trading and redemption of loyalty points and/or miles on the world's largest loyalty reward program management portal. Points.com's portal provides access to over 40 corporate loyalty programs including air travel, hotel accommodations, retailers and dining establishments around the world.

New subscribers to PointsPhone(tm) Packages (there are three packages ranging in price from $14.95 to $39.95 per month) may pay for their VoIP telephony bundles with their loyalty points/miles and will be eligible to win one of six one-year Platinum PointsPhone(tm) Packages, a CDN $660.00 value. Points.com is now implementing an online email program to over 400,000 Points.com subscribers. VoIPMDU.COM is augmenting the promotion with online web banners, small space newspaper ads and a direct mail program in the form of door-hangers to consumers and small businesses.
