FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Total Identity Corp ("TIC") (Pink Sheets:TIDC) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yard Sale Drop-Off ("YSDO"), a trading assistant and Power Seller with eBay, has entered into an exclusive marketing agreement to sell 1,000 licenses in the United States.
YSDO has signed an exclusive marketing agreement with Consumer Logics Corp. ("CLC") of Bloomington, IN, to market the YSDO solution to the entire United States. CLC purchased 10 licenses upon the signing of the agreement and have agreed to purchase an initial 15 licenses per month scaling up to 20 per month for a minimum of 1,000 over 4 years. The initial price of a license is $2,495 which includes one year of access to the YSDO Commerce Management Solution ("CMS") the price per licensee will increase as more licenses are sold. Under the current pricing, YSDO would receive $1,295 per license sold and after one year a monthly residual of $75 per licensee per month for access to the CMS.
