ADCapital Industries: Updates Concerning the Provinces of Manitoba and British Columbia


BURNABY, British Columbia, Oct. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ADCapital Industries (Pink Sheets:ADCS) (ADCapital) received in August of 2003 a letter from the Government of Manitoba discussing Auto Emissions Post Regulator AEPR(tm) exhaust reduction technology, that dramatically reduces emissions safely and inexpensively. The Honorable Gary Doer said that a representative from the Minister's sales office was ready to discuss the future of the device inside the Province of Manitoba.

The Honorable Gary Doer is a strong supporter for vehicle emission reduction and has been waiting for the completion of the Third Generation Device AEPR -- with such impressive test results -- ADCapital Industries has begun to move forward with the Manitoba Sales office under the Honorable Gary Doer.

As of April 25, 2005, all work is complete and testing has been finalized. It was done in a government licensed facility independent of the company, with outstanding results near perfect for Nox, the largest cause of smog in all cities worldwide. PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA

ADCS received a letter dated June 10, 2005 from the assistant to the deputy Minister for the Province of British Columbia. The honorable John Dyble / Deputy Minister had positive remarks directly in relation to ADCapital's device, the AEPR(tm).

"Reducing green house gas is a crucial goal, and I'm glad to hear about your company's success in reducing automobile emissions. This ministry is committed to helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions through measures such as High Occupancy Vehicle Lanes, support for public transit and municipal cycling programs and Air Care-On-Road testing for trucks."

He went on to say, "The minister of Small Business and Economic Development has many resources to help businesses reach their full potential. The Minister of Land, Water and Parks is responsible for provincial environmental policy. I have forwarded a copy of your information to these Ministers for their consideration.
