SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., Oct. 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Patriot Motorcycle Corporation (Pink Sheets:PMCY), exclusive worldwide distributor of the Yamoto by Patriot(tm) line of dirt bike motorcycles and all terrain vehicles (ATVs) and a line of domestic V-Twin custom street bikes, today announced it has acquired the nationally syndicated motor sports television program "Steel Dreams", in its mission to create diversified and synergistic profit centers for investors and shareholders.
Steel Dreams was initially developed in 2001 by Mark Green, Chief Brand Officer for Patriot Motorcycle Corporation. "I wanted to develop a vehicle that captured the excitement of the motor sports industry and translated it to a wide reaching medium," notes Green.
The show, now in its fifth season -- is currently seen on 214 television stations in 137 markets and reaches over 74 million households weekly.
Production of the "Steel Dreams" series by Nice Fish Films is fully independent of Patriot's efforts to build brand awareness of the company's product lines. However, the show does focus on the "real life" aspects of building an action-filled motor sports company like Patriot. "We were already at Patriot...developing corporate films...and it became evident that what we were observing was truly historic...and we began writing a film documentary, which then evolved and was re-developed (as Steel Dreams) for syndicated broadcast," notes director, Michael Sean Wright, of Nice Fish films.
