The European Union announced further amendments to emission reduction targets. The EU claims emissions are at critical levels, and have anthropogenic interference with the climate systems and today are at critical levels. The existing strategies are measurably failing, and Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) is listed as a "danger" to sustainable development in all 35 member countries.
The EU has amended the emission reduction targets considerably and have put into legislative policy a "Cost of Action Plan" as well as a large fund specific to " the development of technology capable of lowering vehicle emissions" for all 35 member countries. They are searching for Marketable Mechanisms to combat the inevitable impacts of current climate change due to global emissions levels. ADCapital Industries (ADCS) has had contact with the Director in charge of Emission Reduction Strategies and Policy within the EU. He requested an immediate proposal from ADCS for a license of the AEPR and technology.

ADCS has devised a cost effective strategy to implement the AEPR on every vehicle, old and new which would bring about an unprecedented solution to vehicle emission reduction globally, virtually solving the NOx emission sources.
