Internal Hydro International Displayed Powerful, Small Hydro Production Energy Unit

TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 13, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Internal Hydro International Inc., (OTCBB:IHDR) www.InternalHydro.com -- A new low impact hydro unit with smaller size and superior efficiency, was unveiled for production to the Board of Directors of IHDR. The new unit will derive revenue from electricity produced, renewable energy credits, and tax credits, fitting the set profile of IHDR's business plan. As presented to the Board by the private developing entity, Regent Machining, the prototype unit for production is a radial engine design with twelve cylinders that will be capable of producing 30 kilowatts of electricity production, in a fifth of the size, and with more efficiency than current developed models. The unit, as presented by Regent to the Board as a follow-on technology advancement, with full technology rights assigned to IHDR, will be capable of supplying electrical needs for any man-made or natural flow of water source in a smaller and more powerful integrated system with IHDR's production partners both domestically and in the European arena. Follow-on production in Europe and the U.S. is now planned.

Smaller than the already developed EC IV, the new unit will measure 48 inches by 30 inches for 30 kilowatts, according to that as presented for production by Regent. The unit will be able to supply energy as a constant source for homes, industries and third world areas, while at the same time producing compressed air or even refrigerant compression for air conditioning and cooling for disaster relief.

The unit, in the 12 cylinder, four inch model with scalable "slices," will be expandable by use of the same model in multiple units to 30 kilowatts and beyond. The unit was presented by Regent for its ease of production, easy maintenance, small size and lowered cost. The new unit, as built under agreement, will have a five- to seven-year life, ensuring a large revenue stream in comparison to a cost of production that will be measured in months. In the U.S. market, IHDR expects a $19,000 annual revenue from each unit, while in Europe that amount exceeds $40,000 per unit from the electricity, energy credits and tax credits. With an initial cost of $7,000.00 per unit, the units will have remote reporting systems for energy production and maintenance.
