Through a company transaction, Bilia has signed an agreement involving the sale of a car dealership in Bredden in Stockholm.
This property has a total area of approximately 4,200 m2 and currently has no tenants, as Bilia Personbilar (Cars) has transferred its operations to the main facility in Haga Norra.
Bilia’s capital gain on the sale of these shares is around SEK 6 M after tax.
The date on which possession of the property can take place is 29 November 2005.
Bilia has another property for sale. Following an assessment of the market situation, a decision has been made to write down this property by SEK 5 M.
