Modern Spirits Celery Peppercorn Vodka Receives Award


LOS ANGELES, Oct. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Southern California-based Modern Spirits today announced that Celery Peppercorn, one of its eight artisanal flavored vodkas, was awarded the Gold Star by Sante magazine. The publication bestows the Gold Star on a limited number of products deemed outstanding both in terms of quality and value.

The editorial panelists described Celery Peppercorn as "very elegant, smooth and perfectly balanced. A brilliant expression of fresh celery and crushed peppercorn." The magazine also reviewed Modern Spirits' Black Truffle and Pear Lavender vodkas, both of which received favorable marks.
