COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Oct. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Today the Board of Copenhagen Airports A/S announced that it is recommending the Offer from Macquarie Airports Copenhagen ApS for CPH.
The Board has considered this new situation and feels it is appropriate that CPH does not participate in the revised Budapest Airport privatisation process. The Board believes that this is in the best interests of CPH's shareholders.
The Company will continue the suspension of the share buy back program during the period of the Offer.
