Hawaii Beckons and Delta Air Lines Says to Customers, Go!

Special sale fares make 'now' the perfect time to book a trip


ATLANTA, Oct. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Delta Air Lines' customers dreaming of a visit to the beautiful islands of Hawaii can soon turn that tropical fantasy into reality. Starting today, Delta is putting all its Hawaiian destinations on sale for travel beginning Oct. 31.

Delta offers customers daily service to some of the most popular destinations in the Aloha State: Honolulu, on Oahu, Kahului on Maui, and starting Dec. 16, Kona on the "Big Island" of Hawaii. And for a limited time Delta is offering special fares to all these great locations. Tickets must be purchased by Nov. 9, 2005. Customers should visit delta.com to verify fares from individual cities.

The islands offer a wide range of activities covering many interests, from the history of the native population to the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor to the islands' vibrant variety of wildlife above and below the water, or the awe-inspiring site of an active volcano. Tickets cost $10 more if purchased from Delta over the telephone or $15 more if purchased at an airport or city ticket office, and these amounts are nonrefundable.
