Helane Jefferson will be the branch manager for the new office. She has over 30 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly a Commercial Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has also served as the Director of Homeownership and Mortgage Programs for the U.S. Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority and Underwriting Manager for the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority. She has lived in the Nashville area for 6 years. She is married and has 4 adult children. Helane has numerous awards from various local, state and federal entities during her career.
