PCS Edventures! CEO Announces Participation at Frontiers in Education Conference


BOISE, Idaho, Oct. 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- PCS Edventures! (OTCBB:PCSV) announced today that Tony Maher, Chairman, President & CEO was recently invited to serve as a panelist and to speak at the 2005 Frontiers in Education (FIE) Conference held October 19th through 23rd in Indianapolis.

The focus of the Conference and the panel discussion involved how U.S. secondary and post-secondary schools are currently preparing engineering students for the future and ways the students can improve to compete in the global economy. Mr. Maher was also invited to speak about the popularity of PCS Learning Labs in the Middle East and in Asia, a growing source of business for PCS Edventures! due to the high level of international interest in engineering, technical education, and hands-on methodology. Other panelists at FIE this year included Raymond Almgren from National Instruments; Dr. David Quick from Rolls Royce, Bill Olson from Motorola Labs; Tom Kegley from Roche Laboratories; and John Spencer from Microsoft.

FIE continues a 35-year tradition of promoting the widespread dissemination of innovations in engineering and computer science education. This conference is one of the two most important annual international conferences totally devoted to improvements in engineering education.
