Mr. White began his career in motor sports 30 years ago in the world of drag racing. As a driver/team owner, he broke the NHRA world speed record six times in one year driving the famed "Hawaiian Punch/Mopar" funny car in 1991. By winning the Big Bud Shootout and U.S. Nationals the same weekend, history was made -- as White was only the third driver ever to accomplish this feat, following Kenny Bernstein and Don "The Snake" Prudhomme.
Negotiating with large corporate sponsors took Jim White into the business world. After racing, he worked directly with world-class speaker/sales trainer Tom Hopkins on large corporate management programs. Business endeavors that followed included three years with zMax Micro-Lubricants, rising to National Sales Manager. As a result, Jim White developed the industry-exclusive five-year motorcycle guarantee program for Patriot. He then headed-up dealer recruitment and was a direct sales facilitator for Steed Custom V-Twin Motorcycles.
During the past two years, Mr. White worked with ProResponse -- creators of the Customer Relations Management program used by hundreds of major auto manufacturer dealers and RV dealer organizations nationwide -- and he was instrumental in creating the CRM program Patriot now uses.
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. White will work with the Chief Brand Officer to develop and implement sales and marketing programs for the Company's various product lines; review applications for new distributors and dealers; maintain continuing relationships with distributors and dealers; hire and direct sales representatives for the Company's product lines; establish quotas; prepare preliminary divisional and corporate sales goals and budgets; develop incentive programs for dealers and distributors; assist in procurement of imported products and manufacturing plan for in-house built products; monitor product warranty programs (including the industry-exclusive zMax guarantee); represent Patriot at all industry conventions and be the Company's interface with end user customers.
