MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich., Nov. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peoples State Bank announced the appointment of Vicki Damavolitis. The announcement was made by Robert L. Cole, President and CEO.

Vicki Damavolitis was appointed Business Relationship Manager, at the bank's Southfield office on Evergreen Road near 10 Mile Road. Previously Damavolitis was an Assistant Branch Manager for Standard Federal Bank where she worked for 12 years.
Damavolitis, a Wayne County resident, will be responsible for the profitability of the branch through the development of business relationships with current and new customers. She is involved with the Southfield, South Lyon and Farmington Hills Chambers of Commerce, and was actively involved in raising money for the Karmanos Foundation.
Peoples State Bank, a locally owned community bank founded in 1909, is a subsidiary of PSB Group, Inc. (OTCBB:PSBG), a bank holding company. The bank currently serves southeastern Michigan with 12 offices in Farmington Hills, Fenton, Grosse Pointe Woods, Hamtramck, Madison Heights, St. Clair Shores, Southfield, Sterling Heights and Warren.
