(OTCBB:BVOL) is pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Woize Ltd., a United Kingdom company ("Woize")(tm). The acquisition is scheduled to close by November 22, 2005. Upon closing of the acquisition, Woize(tm) will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bravo.
