("TIC") (Pink Sheets:TIDC) today announced that the distributors for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Yard Sale Drop Off ("YSDO"), a trading assistant and Power Seller with eBay (NASDAQ "EBAY"), have launched aggressive marketing efforts in both the United States and Canada to market the Commerce Management Suite ("CMS").
Consumer Logics Corp. ("CLC") which acquired the right to market the CMS solution to the entire United States has been running ads in major U.S. newspapers including USA Today. According to Mike Phillips, President CLC, he has received a tremendous response and anticipates adding 10-20 additional licenses in the month of November.
YSDO, Inc. Canada which acquired the rights to market the YSDO solution in Canada have a booth at the Canadian Franchise & Investment Show running November 5 and 6 in Toronto. Richard Dwyer, President of YSDO, will be present at the tradeshow to answer questions and assist in demonstrating the Commerce Management Suite.
Currently YSDO has sold 22 licenses in both the U.S. and Canada. YSDO expects the total number of licensees to increase to 50 by year-end. The new version will add additional features and functions that will enable CMS Licensees to expand their market reach.
