DEARBORN, Mich., Nov. 7, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- David Communications, a multi-cultural public relations and marketing firm which specializes in both the Arab world and Arab-American markets, is sponsoring a trade delegation of fourteen prominent food manufacturers from Amman, Jordan to Michigan, November 15th thru November 18th. The purpose of their mission is to meet with wholesalers, retailers and community and civic leaders who can assist them in establishing business ties in Michigan.
"We are traveling to Michigan because of the Detroit area's large and influential Arab-American community," says delegation leader Halim Abu Rahmeh, CEO of the Jordan Exporters Association (JEA), which is located in Amman, Jordan. He went on to say, "We are seeking to establish a new presence not only in the Arab markets but within the American mainstream markets as well."
