The Chelsea Collection Inc. Announces G-H-3-Plus Trademark Rights

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 9, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- G-H-3 International, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Chelsea Collection Inc. (Pink Sheets:CLSN) today announced it has attained the trademark rights to G-H-3 Plus for the United States and Canada.

This treatment was discovered by Dr. Ana Aslan and was the property of the Romanian Government. Francois Vautour decided that, based on his extensive research and belief in the unique efficacy of G-H-3 Plus, he would travel to Romania, where he met with government officials to pursue acquisition of the trademarks. He successfully secured the rights for the United States and Canada. Vautour later joined The Chelsea Collection as an owner and sold the rights to the company.

People over the age of 50 spent over $44 billion dollars last year on anti-aging services and programs, and tens of thousands of people travel to Romania annually to get the treatment. The Chelsea Collection (Pink Sheets:CLSN), the first clinic offering the treatment, is now operating in Florida, allowing United States citizens the opportunity to receive the treatment without traveling internationally, thereby reducing expenses. The company will be expanding its services over the next five years to include clinics throughout the United States.

"The company is very excited that it will have the G-H-3 Plus treatment available exclusively at its locations in America," said Flo Ternes, president and CEO. "We believe that we can make a difference in the anti-aging services and programs being offered."
