COSTA MESA, Calif., Nov. 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Southfield LLC, a private equity firm located in Greenwich, Conn., has acquired Total Fleet Solutions (TFS), a privately held business based in Toledo, Ohio. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
RSM EquiCo Capital Markets, the broker-dealer subsidiary of RSM EquiCo, initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as exclusive financial advisor to TFS.
