TULSA, Okla., Nov. 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:GBVS) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Rudy Beverage, Inc.
Global Beverage Solutions will acquire 80% of Rudy Beverage, Inc. in exchange for 16 million shares of its restricted common stock of which 6 million will be issued and delivered immediately, and the balance held as an "earn out."
Recently, Global Beverage Solutions has sharpened its focus in the beverage industry. The acquisition of Rudy Beverage, Inc. reflects this. The Rudy Beverage, Inc.'s flagship products are a line of beverages that are lower in sugar and have higher nutritional value than the leading competitors.
