TOUSA to Change Timing of Operational Results Press Release and Discontinue Providing Community Information

(NYSE:TOA) today announced that it will no longer issue a separate pre-earnings operational press release announcing deliveries, net sales orders and homes in backlog. The Company will issue one combined press release disclosing its operational data and earnings results for the quarter and year to date.

Additionally, the Company will no longer disclose nor provide guidance on the Company's community count. The Company believes its existing and anticipated communities vary significantly in size and duration, and thus are no longer a meaningful measure of current or future performance.
