TORONTO, Nov. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Suncrest Energy (Pink Sheets:SNYY), which specializes in oil and gas exploration and drilling, is completing negotiations on new oil and gas leases in Ellis County, Kansas. The new leases are in three (3) separate tracts and in excess of 300 acres. Exploration is expected to begin early next year.
"The leases are located in an area where recently completed wells are producing in excess of 100 barrels per day," said David Alexander, Chairman. "We are also finalizing negotiations with a number of major suppliers within the oil and gas industry to ensure a steady supply of needed material at competitive prices during this period of excessive demand and in the face of ever increasing costs.
