LXE Inc. Reports Record Third Quarter Revenues


ATLANTA, Nov. 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- LXE Inc., a leading manufacturer of rugged wireless computers that improve the performance of supply-chain execution applications, announced today that its 2005 third quarter revenues set another quarterly revenue record compared to third quarter revenues in years past. The third quarter mark extends to 12 straight quarters LXE's run of record quarterly year-over-year revenues.

In the third quarter LXE saw continued growth in its vehicle-mount computer sales, with a 77% volume increase over vehicle-mount computer sales in the third quarter of 2004. Also contributing to the record quarter was the overall performance of LXE Americas, with third quarter revenue growth topping 16% compared with the third quarter of 2004.

Other key events in the third quarter include:



 -- The winning of the Mobile Star Award(tm) for superior customer 
    service for the fourth consecutive year.
 -- The introduction of the versatile MX7 handheld computer.
 -- The introduction of a rugged, speech recognition computer -- the 
    HX1.  
 -- The "voice-enabling" of the majority of its handheld and vehicle-
    mount computers.
 -- The announcement of a RFID partner certification program for the 
    RX1 vehicle mounted RFID reader. 
 -- The opening of an Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore.
