Bilia has today received permission from the Swedish Competition Authority to go ahead with the purchase of the operations run by Michaelsson & Nelin AB. Bilia will acquire access to these operations in January 2006.
Michaelsson & Nelin AB is based in Uppsala and currently sells some 1,300 used cars. The company has a turnover of around SEK 145 M and its operating margin is approximately five per cent. It has a total of 17 employees.
