STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Nov. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Petter Odhnoff, CIO of Andra AP-fonden, has been appointed Chairman of Pergo's Election committee. At the same time Peter Ekelund, President of Novestra, has replaced Theodor Dalenson as Novestra's representative in the committee. Pergo's new Election committee, which was announced in the Q3-report, further consists of David Marcus, M2 Capital Management LP; Peter Rudman, Nordea Fonder; Roger Buehler, Laxey Partners Ltd and Bertil Villard, Chairman of the Board of Pergo.
