HAMILTON, Bermuda, Nov. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Reference is made to the table in Section 5.5 Charter and contract overview. The employment of Ekha with Premier Indonesia, Sakhalinskaya with Shell and the five year contract for Crystal Sea are based on a signed Letter of Intent. These LOI's are currently in the process of being converted into full contracts. However, no final contract has been signed. The remaining employment of the rigs are based on signed contracts.
The rates shown are equivalent to or less than maximum possible contracted rates. As rigs may operate under several different rates depending on mode of operation (operating, standby, repair, etc) -- the actual rates recorded can be expected to vary slightly from what is stated in the table.
