EWAN's Unique Triple Play Set-Top Device Featuring Internet TV, Data, Video and Telephone Now Ready for January 2006 Delivery

EWAN Technology Seen as Far Ahead of Competition

SANTA ANA, Calif., Nov. 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- eWAN1, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN), today announced that its exclusive "Triple Play" set-top device has successfully passed all its critical tests and is now ready for shipping and delivery in January 2006. Combining IPTV, VOIP, data and video capability, EWAN's technology is "at least a year ahead of the competition," said William J. Kettle, EWAN's CEO.

"For the first time, home and small business consumers will be able to tailor their television viewing over standard home broadband Internet with the same functionality as TIVO," Kettle continued. "In the next two years, we predict consumers will receive the majority of their information and entertainment over the Internet, making our Triple Play device indispensable."

Scott Kettle, EWAN's president, remarked, "EWAN can now provide expanded choices, lower cost and new services via high-speed connection to our customers in the same way voice over Internet has changed telephone service." On August 9 last, EWAN announced its intention to acquire ClearWave Communications, Inc. (CWC), one of America's original cable companies. That transaction, in its final stages of closing, will immediately receive EWAN's proprietary Triple-Play technology, and continue to bring nationally-telecast programs to customers from the Tehachapi Mountains to the Mojave Desert, the location of Edwards Air Force base.
