EWAN Receives Major Order from Infotec for 25,000 Triple Play Set-Top Devices Featuring Internet TV, Data, Video and Telephone

Projects Revenue in Excess of $3 Million


SANTA ANA, Calif., Dec. 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- eWAN1, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EWAN) today announced it has signed a Letter of Intent with Infotec Business Systems, Inc. for delivery of 25,000 of its exclusive DMC "Triple Play" set-top devices that combines IPTV, VOIP, data and video capability.

Scott Kettle, EWAN's president, said, "We are delighted that our first major order for our unique line of DMC set-top devices is from Infotec, a leading web TV / Internet TV distributor of digital content and information via its proprietary ebahn Television Network. EWAN has committed to sell Infotec's streaming video services and ebahn.tv to up to 100,000 customers, and EWAN should recognize in excess of $3 million in revenue from this single transaction."
