World Am Retains Government Marketing International to Assist the Company in Its Federal Marketing Efforts

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Dec. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- World Am, Inc. (OTCBB:WDAM) today announced that it has retained Government Marketing International, Inc. to assist the company in its efforts to market current and future product offerings to all appropriate U.S. federal agencies.

Government Marketing International's president is William N. Gadol, who has more than 35 years of sales and marketing experience. More than half of that time has been spent representing manufacturers to the U. S. Government, as well as guiding those customers in taking the necessary steps to secure contracts and market their products.

"Retaining the services of Bill Gadol and Government Marketing International is paramount to our current and future strategic planning," said World Am Chairman & CEO Robert A. Hovee. "The U. S. Government is the world's largest customer, with purchases of goods and services currently exceeding more than $200 billion per year.

"Fortunately, Bill Gadol and his firm have earned a solid reputation in this arena over the past 20 years. In addition to his many personal and professional contacts within the government, his database has grown to more than 7,000 points of purchase. We are very excited about his plans to market our products to his critical contact points, whether they be agencies focused on transportation, immigration issues, or Defense Department command centers," said Mr. Hovee.

Since its inception, Government Marketing International has served a broad spectrum of industries, including such firms as Hewlett Packard, Agilent, Allied Healthcare and Phillips.

"We are gratified to be a part of World Am's future," said Mr. Gadol. "The company's Isotec product line has shown itself to be superior to others in recent documented tests, and the flow of new products that will come from its Senz It subsidiary may well redefine the standards in the markets it intends to penetrate. It is a very good time for us to be associated with a company that has so much going for it."
