Mr. Rinow was promoted from the position of director, JetBlue airport operations for the low-fare airline's home base at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.

Mr. Rinow joined JetBlue Airways in 2001 as the low-fare airline's director of System Operations. In July of this year, he was appointed director of JFK Operations. Prior to joining JetBlue, Mr. Rinow spent 14 years with Continental Airlines in a variety of leadership positions in System Operations, and four years with People Express in frontline and leadership positions in the airline's customer service division.
