Electric Aquagenics Unlimited Sales to Water Sciences, LLC Grow

LINDON, Utah, Dec. 8, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Electric Aquagenics Unlimited, Inc. (EAU) (OTCBB:EAQU), an innovator in developing non-toxic products using water electrolysis that disinfects, sanitizes and cleans surfaces and foods, today announced the details of expanded sales of its Electrolyzed Oxidative (EO) water products to Water Sciences, LLC, a Florida-based limited liability company that recently licensed EAU's EOW technology for Latin America.

"We signed an agreement with Water Sciences in September whereby Water Science purchases our machines, which produce EO water, in order to introduce them into the Latin American floral and agricultural markets. Water Sciences has ordered five machines as of November and indicates that it will purchase 30 to 50 units in 2006. This is revenue to our company with solid projected sales in 2006 to a strong partner in Latin America," said Gaylord Karren, CEO, Electric Aquagenics Unlimited.

"We have tested EAU's product on farms in Mexico and Central America and the results have exceeded our expectations," said Peter Ullrich, Water Sciences' managing partner. "We expect to do great things in Latin American markets, using EAU's EOW machines. We will make money with this technology, but more importantly, we will make our target markets safer and more fecund by using EAU's non-toxic and very effective EOW fluids to clean, disinfect and sanitize our products in the field, in holding areas and in retail markets."
