DeMarco Energy to Open Operating Subsidiary in the United Kingdom

OXFORD, Miss., Dec. 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc. (Other OTC:DMES) announces today that it intends to launch an operating subsidiary in the U.K. This represents an important stage in the process of expanding our footprint in the international arena.

The company's recent trade-mission to London, U.K. resulted in the completion of arrangements to joint-venture with a quality partner to manage the operation of the companies' expansion efforts in Europe. The company's joint-venture partners specialize in property development in Southern England. All parties agree the synergy between our respective industries make for an ideal match. The company will announce more details on this joint-venture in the very near future.

The launch of a United Kingdom office enables Energy Vision International, Inc. (a.k.a., DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc.) to capitalize on increasing demand for alternative energy sources in the European marketplace. The U.K. has been slow to embrace energy conservation technology primarily because consumers have enjoyed traditionally low utility bills. However, North Sea gas reserves are diminishing and as a result they are set to become a net importer of this highly used commodity. Prices for gas and electricity are predicted to rise by 50% during 2006. DeMarco Energy's Ground Source Heat Pumps are approved for use in the U.K. market and therefore permits the consumer to obtain government funding for installing geothermal pumps under the ClearSkies renewable energy grants program.

Anthony Welch, Chairman said: "As promised to stockholders, we are rapidly expanding and building the company into a worldwide organization. This is one more step in our efforts to deliver strong and consistent revenues."

Energy Vision International and DeMarco Energy are on a rapid growth and expansion track based upon revenue growth through key acquisitions, energy technology distribution, international licensing of its patented geothermal technology, and seeking acquisitions congruent with energy conservation and supporting industries. This strategy lays the groundwork for consistent introduction of energy-related technologies and continuing revenue growth for Energy Vision International a.k.a. DeMarco Energy and its shareholders.
