Infotex Holdings Inc. Announces Name, Symbol Change and New Business

BABYLON, N.Y., Dec. 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Stuart Leviton, President and CEO of Infotex Holdings, Inc., has said that the state of Delaware has approved the Official name change for the Corporation to Integrated Camera Optics, Corp. (Pink Sheets:IGCO) and that Nasdaq has granted the company a new trading symbol, IGCO.

Integrated Camera Optics, Corp. is a company specializing in the development of highly diverse optical systems primarily for use in the security sector. The Company plans to manufacture and market both the hardware and software required to extend the visual ability of electronic monitor security systems.

Integrated Camera Optics, Corp. plans to offer a unique solution to videosurveillance technology with panoramic optics and revolutionary VideoWarp(r) software. The ICU360 system will be a cost-effective solution for monitoring areas where multiple camera installations are undesirable, or used in conjunction with existing PTZ cameras. Using panoramic optics, a complete 360 degree or 180 degree range can be monitored with a single camera, giving you ultimate surveillance potential with fewer monitors.

IGCO's strategy is to concentrate on offering the ICU360 system to major hotels, casinos, railways and monorail systems, as a long-term undertaking.
