AdZone Research CEO Issues Year End Operational Report to Shareholders

CALVERTON, N.Y., Dec. 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR) reported today that its Chairman and CEO, Charles A. Cardona, has issued the company's year end operational report to shareholders. The full text of his message follows:

"December 20, 2005

Dear Fellow Shareholders:

In my last report to you, three weeks ago, I said our Online Predator Profiling System (OPPS), developed with the help of police officers, had the potential to become an important tool for police departments tracking online predators and finding missing children.

Since then, we have received growing support from individuals and businesses. They have either become participants in our community sponsorship program for OPPS, or indicated they intend to support their local police jurisdictions by purchasing licenses for the program. Concurrently, we have met with police departments in major cities, as well as local and county officials, as we reported last Friday on the expansion of coverage in the Northern Virginia suburbs near Washington. We have also increased our marketing presence to include Canada.

The rebroadcast and update on last Friday's Dateline NBC of the efforts by the Fairfax County Police Department to fight online child predators fills us with a great sense of pride. While the program was originally taped last August, three months before the launch of OPPS, it is gratifying to know that our technology is now in use by that very aggressive organization in its ongoing mission.

Demand for OPPS is steadily building, enabling us to project growing revenues as police departments increase the number of licenses ordered, and giving us increased visibility. For example, the Houston Chronicle, the nation's seventh largest daily paper with a circulation of 550,000, picked up our Friday news announcement in its entirety.

The company is continuing to work with off duty police officers helping AdZone with our product development and marketing efforts. We are working on additional modules that can bring additional potential revenue to us, and enhanced tools to law enforcement agencies.

Earlier, I said we are anticipating cash flow positive operations within the next six months, just from OPPS alone. It may be sooner than that given recent developments.

As part of our marketing efforts, we are in final negotiations with a firm that specializes in promoting programs such as our community sponsorship effort.

We also are finalizing an agreement, anticipating January announcement, that AdZone has retained an internationally known spokesperson to represent our OPPS program. We believe this will afford the company enormous visibility in both the print and electronic media. A second internationally known figure is also expected to join the marketing effort.

On the digital piracy front, we expect that the mid-year launch of our Inter-Cept(tm) program to combat feature film piracy will gain more traction in 2006. With the spring launch of the movie "All In," which will benefit from deployment of the Inter-Cept program, the company will have an important reference point as it attempts to penetrate the summer movie marketplace.

As to the pending government contract, our monitoring technology has been configured to track clandestine communication over the entire Internet universe. Beyond this, we cannot comment.

The prospect of other potential incremental revenues from strategic alliances and acquisitions we are simultaneously pursuing on both the commercial and defense fronts, as well as additional funding for working capital, may well redefine AdZone Research in the year ahead.

Our fourth fiscal quarter commences January 1, and we believe it will be a very eventful period. Our newer technologies are an outgrowth of our core business: the deployment of Internet surveillance technology.

They also underscore our highly talented team's basic commitment: if you're not sure about the future, go out and invent it.

May you all enjoy health, happiness and prosperity, both in this holiday season and the New Year.

 Sincerely,

 Charles A. Cardona
 Chairman and CEO"
