NEW YORK, Dec. 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- A 'New Year' sale offering savings of at least 60 percent off Club World flat-bed business class seats from the USA to London is being offered by British Airways, Dec. 23, 2005, through Jan. 2, 2006.
The sale is offering Club World seats from all 19 USA gateways to London.
From nine eastern USA airports, JFK, Newark, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Orlando, Miami and Tampa, the roundtrip Club World price for travel through the end of February 2006 is $2798.
From Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and Detroit, the roundtrip Club World fare is $3198.
And from the western USA -- Denver, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle and Los Angeles, the roundtrip Club World fare is $3798.
These extraordinary low fares will be on sale from Friday, Dec. 23, 2005, through Monday, Jan. 2, 2006 only. Outbound travel is Feb. 28, 2006, and maximum stay is 11 months.
Customers departing British Airways' three Canadian gateways, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, also may take advantage of the sale fare. From Toronto and Montreal, the roundtrip fare will be CDN$3399, and from Vancouver, CDN$3999.
Fares require a Saturday night minimum stay. There is no advance purchase requirement and there are no weekend surcharges; other restrictions may apply.
U.S. fares are subject to availability and do not include government taxes and fees of approximately $140, plus a $2.50 September 11th Security Fee.
