JetBlue Airways Reports December Traffic


NEW YORK, Jan. 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq:JBLU) reported today that its traffic in December increased 27.9 percent from December 2004, on a capacity increase of 26.6 percent.

Load factor for December 2005 was 82.9 percent, an increase of 0.9 points from December 2004. JetBlue's preliminary completion factor was 99.6 percent and its on-time(1) performance was 63.6 percent.
