 What: Kanuga Photography Retreat V
 When: May 7-12, 2006
 Where: Hendersonville, North Carolina

HENDERSONVILLE, N.C., Jan. 10, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- The week long Kanuga Photography Retreat offers new engaging classes and skips the technical jargon. Surrounded by the mountains of western North Carolina, our retreat focuses more on your mental and spiritual connection with photography rather than the technology.

Take a break from the rapid pace of life and enjoy photography in a more thoughtful way. The conference, now in its fifth year, is designed for you to pick an instructor you would like to study with for the entire week with evening programs for all, which allows each student to learn from other instructors.

Scheduled to teach are George DeWolfe, Ron Wisner, Beth Reynolds, Kathy Eyster, Robin Smith and Ken and Christina Perry. You will learn to see light and the world in a new way and gain a better understanding of photography. Classes range from contemplative and landscape to portraits and visual storytelling.

Students of all experience levels are welcome, even point and cameras, at this week long photography retreat in the mountains of North Carolina May 7-12, 2006.
