SecureLogic Appoints Norman Wood as Manager of North American Operations

Aviation Security Veteran to Drive SecureLogic's Aggressive Direct Sales Initiative


NEW YORK, Jan. 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- SecureLogic (OTCBB:SLGI) has appointed Norman H. Wood, Manager North American Operations. Mr. Wood brings over two decades of experience in the areas of x-ray systems, explosive detection systems and other aviation security systems to SecureLogic's aviation screening operations.

Norman Wood is a 25-year veteran of the aviation industry. His responsibilities at SecureLogic will include promoting the company's baggage and passenger screening systems and services to the U.S. aviation market.

Norm previously managed national accounts as CEIA-USA. Under his direction, they captured 80% of the aviation metal detection market (USA). He also served as Director of Aviation Business for EG & G Astrophysics (X-ray and automated x-ray systems). For over 15 years, he was senior vice president and COO of International Total Services, Inc. (ITS), an airline services company, where his responsibilities included managing the worldwide operation of a $100 million dollar company with over 8,000 employees across the world. Norm is also a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), ASIS and the Airline Managers Association.
