DeMarco Energy Announces Key Addition to Board of Advisors


OXFORD, Miss., Jan. 17, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- DeMarco Energy Systems of America, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DMES) announces today that Projjal Dutta AIA, LEED has joined the Demarco Energy Systems Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board shall focus efforts to promote the company's technology, initiate key alliances and trade partner agreements, and provide strategic advice on energy-conservation industry initiatives. With the addition of Projjal, the Board now consists of four members with further additions to the Board planned for 2006, which is likely to include European representation.

Projjal is a registered architect with ten years of experience in projects ranging in scale from urban to residential. He found his true calling in sustainable design. He has played a key role in designing "green" strategies for a large range of projects and clients, including New York City Transit (NYCT), Metropolitan Transportation Authority Capital Construction Company (MTACC) Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (BPCA) and New Jersey Transit (NJT), and for several private and institutional entities. Projjal has combined the practice of architecture and urban design with cutting edge sustainable design strategies that result in energy, material and other resource conservation. He believes that sustainability is imperative for all development and should be an essential part of the tool-kit of any designer of the built environment. Projjal also believes that having a strong "green" foundation is not only an enlightened move but also key to a consultant's competitiveness.

Projjal recently joined STV Inc. as Sustainable Strategies Manager, based at the companies' headquarters in New York. He brings to the team an impressive set of professional qualifications, including Master of Science in Architecture and Urbanism (SMArchS, 1997) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA, 1992), New Delhi, India. Registrations and Affiliations include: Registered Architect: NY State. Member, American Institute of Architects. Council of Architecture, India, United States Green Building Council, India Green Building Council Affiliate.
