I-Logix Reports Record Results for Q4 and for the Full Year 2005

Flagship MDD Product Rhapsody Fuels Bookings Surge


ANDOVER, Mass., Jan. 24, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- I-Logix (www.ilogix.com) announced today that the company's bookings for 2005 exceeded 2004 by 43% for Q4 and by 35% for the full year, making 2005 the most successful year in the company's history. License bookings for the company's flagship UML/SysML Model-Driven Development environment Rhapsody were up 98% in Q4 2005 as compared to Q4 2004. Rhapsody total revenue grew 42% for the full year and 50% in the fourth quarter as compared to the prior year.

I-Logix momentum is stronger than at any other time in its history; orders above $100,000 in 2005 doubled those of 2004 with annual shipped seats for Rhapsody increasing 33% in 2005 as compared to 2004. The company also doubled the number of new customers in 2005 and closed the year with a record cash balance and the best profit performance in its history.

In Q4 2005, I-Logix closed several orders in key industry sectors, for both new business and reorders from existing users such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, BAE Systems, Eurocopter, L3 Communications, Rockwell Collins, Thales Avionics SAE, Fujitsu, Siemens VDO and Audi. The company overachieved in all geographic segments with extraordinary performance in the Japanese market where sales grew by 79% as compared to 2004.
