LINDON, Utah, Jan. 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- EAU Technologies, Inc. (EAU) (OTCBB:EAQU), the emerging provider of "Green Chemistry" to numerous industries including, but not limited to, food processing, agriculture and consumer products, today announced that its division, Perfect Oxygenated Essentials(tm), received its first order from Elken Sdn Bhd (Elken), a Malaysian direct marketing company, for its Perfect Essential Oxygen(tm) products, formerly marketed as Aquagen(r) products.

Elken Sdn Bhd is Malaysia's leading direct marketing organization. Established in 1995, Elken's network represents more than 300,000 independent distributors in 7 countries. Elken's initial order includes over 10,000 units of the 2 ounce Essential Oxygen(tm) product that is empowered by Aquagen(r), the world's premier stabilized oxygen technology. This order amounts to $44,000 in monthly revenues for EAU which should increase as the product is integrated into its system.

"We signed an agreement with Elken in November to provide our oxygenated products for its 2006 dietary supplement launch and this order is the first step in fulfilling our commitment to Elken. Our agreement with Elken allows for them to continue ordering our oxygen supplement products monthly throughout 2006. This will be a very profitable relationship for many years to come," said Joanne Clinger, President Perfect Oxygenated Essentials, a division of EAU.
