PCS Edventures! Announces Saudi Arabian Preschool Program


BOISE, Idaho, Feb. 1, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- PCS Edventures! (OTCBB:PCSV) today announced the sale and deployment of its preschool program into the Albian Girls School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The professional development series will focus on PCS BrickLab elementary programs, as well as the unique PCS preschool methods and programs developed for the Egyptian Ministry of Education Early Childhood Enhancement (ECE) initiative funded by the World Bank. At this first Saudi Arabian girls school to deploy a PCS solution, teachers and administrators will be undergoing professional development over five days starting January 28th and concluding Wednesday, February 1st.

Mohammed Yasser Refai, Managing Director of PCS Middle East and leader of the professional development series in Jeddah, says, "The PCS Young Learner solution, developed for the ECE initiative in Egypt, is gaining significant traction throughout the Middle East as educators are anxious to begin adopting innovative, child centered learning techniques. PCS Middle East has been working hard to introduce PCS Young Learner pilot programs in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the UAE and other Middle-Eastern countries to take advantage of the media attention driven by the World Bank funded ECE program, slated to begin in February 2006."
